Order Filling
After placing an order, 30% deposit is required. Then, we start processing an order immediately when the deposit is received. The balance (70%) is to be paid when the order is ready to ship.

KMP accepts payment by credit card, L/C and T/T
Shipment terms
Customer order will be shipped from Bangkok , Thailand . KMP offers you three effective and convenient shipping services.
Depending on the chosen shipping service, and customs procedures, the merchandise will be with you in approximately 3 days . Shipping cost automatically includes insurance as well.
Lead Time
25 business days after 30% deposit is received.

KMP will refund money within 15 working days of your receiving an order, no questions asked. No reason is needed. It is our way of demonstrating our complete confidence that you will find our merchandise to be as good as we say.
Returns Procedure :
• Please check the items and report (call, email or fax) that you wish to return them within 24 hours of receiving them. First notice that you want to return must be within this time; if later than that, we will not accept any items for any reason. We will discuss the return details with you at this time.
• All items to be returned must be in the original KMP box, with the original inner transparent wrappings. If the box and other packaging are not returned, we will not accept the returned items and refunds or credit against a future purchase will not be issued.
• The Returned Items Form must be completed to confirm the return of items
• The Confirmation Card ,concerning items which customer return, is received from KMP
• Repack the items in their original packaging and send back to KMO at the address in Confirmation Card.
• KMP will inspect the items that have been sent back and authorize a refund or credit to the customer's account as soon as possible. The time to refund or credit depends on the type of items that have been sent back from the customer.
• After accepting the returned items, we will transfer refund money via bank transfer, or give credit against the customer's next purchase according customer's wishes as indicated on the Returned Items Form.
